Investigating
We are currently experiencing some issues with our documents management. The following features are affected: - For signatures requested on 24th of June: the request incorrectly shows a status of "cancelled" and internal signers are not able to sign the document.
[If the request is urgent] We advise to delete the document and restart the whole process.
[If the request is not urgent] We advise to wait while we fix it. After the fix, the status will be showing the correctly again and internal signers will be able to sign again.
Please be aware that the remaining system is stable and running according to expectations. Our engineering teams are already working on a solution.
